Operator UI - Support Starting the Daemon with bare minimum configurations

In Order to even connect to a Daemon through this stateless dapp, the Daemon needs to be up and bound to an end point and also have an address to validate any incoming requests Hence at the bare minimum , the service provider will need to provide the following two configuration to start the Daemon daemon_end_point authentication_address In this mode , the Daemon will not be able to take any requests for processing. Once the configuration changes are done and the Daemon is all set, the user can activate the Daemon to start taking in requests.
