state_service.GetChannelState takes too much time. Does daemon check for blockchain state here?

state_service.GetChannelState takes too much time. ~1 sec for snet/example-service. Maybe it is a simple internet latency coupled with ssl. But maybe we make something unnecessary here...

We need to make sure that we don not update channel state from blockchain here (it is not necessary)..

It should be done together with #220

I would propose measure timings before checking code, how much does it take:

• to deliver request via gRPC
• to handle request in the daemon
• to deliver response back.

@astroseger, have you looked into snet-daemon logs? can this information extracted from logs? If not I would propose adding logs and check it again.
