Allow choosing a bundler

Currently the templates are hard coded to use Webpack to bundle. It would be great to be able to allow the user to choose Rollup and have a corresponding generated template, and maybe other options as well.

👍 I agree. Rollup is the logical next choice for a bundler to support.
