Flag to disable git init

Hi, We are using create-single-spa inside a monorepo, and have to remember to delete the .git folder and husky scripts which are created automatically. Would there be any interest in adding a flag to skip git initialisation? I'd be happy to submit a PR.

Sure @tamslinn, perhaps a new option --skipGit? It has been a while since you posted this, are you still interested in contributing a PR for this? If not, I may be able to.
