Generator for providers

Looking at a lot of the providers they're very similar in code, options, structure and tests we write.

I wonder if we should ship a Cookiecutter to help generate a new provider, instead of the copy-paste driven flow. It could prompt you for the few obvious things that always need customising (like base, token and login URL), as well as ensure it always generates code with the right fallbacks etc.
