Note that Travis CI is only failing this pull request because it's trying to build on Python 2.6, which SQLAlchemy no longer supports. #621 should resolve this issue.

Could I please get another review of this pull request? I'm not clear on what (if anything) is blocking this formula from being merged.

Looks like I was able to avoid the Rust dependency by following the example from the `iredis` formula. Thanks for the suggestion, @carlocab!

I find this surprising. The admin is one of Lektor'a best features -- why do you want to disable that link? Can you explain your use-case?
