Continuous tapping on bold or italic toolbar option stuck. [v9.3.1]

Steps to reproduce

Video link

• Select Text example
• Highlight (bold) first word and then second word
• Come back to first word continuously try to bold/unbold that word it will stuck (bold toolbar option will be un-responsive)

Expected results

There should be easy toggling. For bold and italic toolbar option in editor.

Actual results

Stuck Bold And Italic on continuous tapping.
