Commits table missing columns in BigQuery

In the schema for the commit stream, I can see the fields files and comment_count . files shows up in the Stitch extraction log in the list of selected fields, but it never makes it to BigQuery. I also tested sending to a different target to make sure it wasn't a BigQuery problem, and the local target was also missing the columns. Any idea how to fix this?
