Tables missing

Hello,

Each time we synchronize data from Freshdesk to our DB the synchro finished with errors and we don't get the table groups.

Is it possible to talk about the issue plz ?

Hi,

This repo is clearly unmaintained. Just to let you know we had to create our own integration not only because of the groups issue, but because of this one too.

Hey @pedro-iatzky, I too am running into similar issues. Have you guys made your version open source by any chance? If not, how did you resolve these issues?
