Review for outstanding freshdesk ticket activities PR

Hi, my team would love to start ingesting ticket activities data from freshdesk using stitch, and I notice there's an outstanding PR from May 2019 which adds this functionality. https://github.com/singer-io/tap-freshdesk/issues/35
