Add support for contextual validations

Hi,

Thanks for the handy matchers. I added support for contextual validations to the presence validation matcher. If you're interested, I'll go ahead and add support for the other types.

I didn't add tests. I guess I'm just wondering if you're interesting in pulling this since the project has been quiet for a while.
