No notifications for team-based, private repositories

Shows nothing in the "Filter by repository" and shows no notifications with that option enabled or disabled.

My scenario:

• Organization owned repos
• All repos are private
• Repo access is granted using teams, not individual grants
• Token has correctly been generated with extra-permissive permissions just in case
• Token has been granted SSO access

Really need to see those notification numbers and desktop notifications. Any hope for me and others in this situation?

My team has a similar setup, did you try 'watching' the repo and seeing if it shows up in the filters.

I'm Watching the repo in question for "Participating and @mentions" - but it's still not in the list.
