Scroll position moves on save

This was discussed in the closed issue #27 but I can't find a solution.

Issue: Every time I save a file (Mac OSX 10.13.6 and Sublime Text 3.1.1) the cursor position jumps near the top of the file.

This started happening to me as well. Sublime Text 3, build 3200.

Is this bug still existent? I've tested it on Ubuntu with Sublime 3.2.2, Build 3211 and couldn't reproduce it.
