Add GNOME 44 support

This extension cannot be installed in GNOME 44 currently. Could support for GNOME 44 be added?

I tried changing the supported versions list to include "44". Unfortunately, while the extension loads, it doesn't seem to work.

Also, just realized this is an older repo. A more recent version is at https://github.com/bdaase/noannoyance and while that doesn't support 44 at the time of writing, someone has an open pull request that does. I was able to manually pull down and install the pull request version and it's working on 44.
