typescript.api compiler upgraded to 0.9.5

I wonder if it wouldn't be better to add the dep as "0.9.*" in order to avoid these updates on every minor release.

Hiya mate,

Had a look at 0.9.5 over the weekend. Unfortunately, the changes between 0.9.1.1 and 0.9.5 are broad and far reaching, and includes changes to the compiler interface, and the AST classes (which i am making heavy use of in other projects). This all means more significant updates to the tsapi to align with the new release.

Am looking to upgrade the project over the christmas period. Should be ready for the new year.

Just in terms of generalizing the release to 0.9.*, im looking to keep the TSAPI as much in line with the latest official releases, as each new release is a closer representation of the final language. (As painful as it is to keep updating :) )

Will keep you posted when everything is ready to go.
