🚀 The feature

The current Databricks connector, sqlalchemy-databricks, is archived and recommends using the new Databricks SQL Connector for Python.

Motivation, pitch

sqlalchemy-databricks requires an SQLAlchemy version below 2.0, but I need to use a newer version of SQLAlchemy that supports oracledb.
