[Bug]: Docker - Email Sending timing out - Bad Request 400

🐛 Describe the Bug

Im unable to send invites with SMTP. I have tested numerous accounts that work fine on other servers. On the Organization -> invites page, when I click "invite" it shows 3 loading dots that play an animation. This runs for a good five minutes. The action log shows no errors. In the console I get:

while it is trying to send an email, users cannot sign in. After entering 2fa, it says "401 unauthorized" in the console. Eventually, once the email has finished attempting and failing to send, the user is signed in without needing to retry
