SVG animation issue on Safari

The checks in the progress bar don't slide up in Safari.

So the checks now at least move into place, but they don't animate. It just jumps from the 0% to 100% keyframe. I've tried all kinds of things, but with no luck.

Is this in any version of Safari?

It happens for me on Safari 8.0.7 on OS X Yosemite. It's a pretty small thing, but it's specifically this check mark:

It doesn't slide up like it does in Chrome/Firefox.

This works fine for me on Safari 10.0.2 on macOS Sierra 16C67.
