Senators/Representative not displayed after Address entered

Problem: Representatives not displayed after Address entered

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://democracy.io
2. enter an valid mailing address
3. it take me to https://democracy.io/#!/location
4. no Rep or Senators are displayed

Additional Info: Same issue on Chrome & Firefox I tried disabling both uBlock Origin and Privacy Badger. I also tried using Incognito in firefox.
