Manage Locked Folder feature

Immich has implemented the "Locked Folder" feature.

The locked folder is accessible with a 6-digits code

Impact:

• **upload ** command to upload photos in the locked folder
• from-immich command to get locked photo
• from-google-photos command to import locked photos
• archive command to store the locked status
• from-folder command to read the locked status when present in the archive
