Seperation of "Unification of Romania and Moldova" and "Greater Romania"

Currently, the Romanian option of "Unification of Romanian and Moldova" also claims "greater Romanian" lands in Bulgaria, Ukraine and Transnistria. I'd like to split these into two separate decisions

-Unification of Romania and Moldova, would have Romania inherit Moldova, and add claims to Transnistria. -Greater Romania, would add claims to; Silistre, Izmail and Cernauti
