I feel as the main channel is to crowded as a landing channel. Maybe try to set up channels from the ground up again and remove the "grown" ones.

Member is not well defined I feel. We vote to invite people to the maintainer channel and member could just be a member of the github org eg.

Showing all time stats is nice but gives little incentive to work on yourself as you can't really break into the top/front page. Having the stats for the last x...

The lomax recovery tests are regularly failing so we might want to increase sample size to make recovery easier.
