Missing output data

I installed and called virsort according to the steps, but the number of output results is far from the input data, and it is still wrong after using the --virome parameter

Hi, This typically means that one step failed, but it is hard to guess which one without more information. I should also mention that VirSorter 2 (https://github.com/jiarong/VirSorter2) is now available.
