How do I open quickfix items on telescope by default?

Is there a way to set telescope as default? I understand that quickfix should be the default but telescope with preview is much more convenient. At the moment the implementations open in quickfix and I have to quit the quickfix buffer and run it from telescope every time. Maybe I should be asking at thetelescope repo for this? 🤔
