Weird behavior
It's just a plane and lightning. When the camera moved, weird shadows appeared. No matter, editor camera or scene cam. Unity 2021.3.7
I haven't really fixed the issue, but I found out how to make these glitches invisible. Go to Edit > Project Settings > Graphics and open the Scriptable Render Pipeline Settings. There, changing the shadows distance and cascades settings help limit that glitch. It seems to be working fine for my project now.
