As [caniuse->loading](https://caniuse.com/?search=loading) and [caniuse->fetchpriority](https://caniuse.com/?search=fetchpriority) shown, these attributes have low compatibility for most browsers, I don't think we need built-in properties to support. What do you think about this @hsuanxyz ?

Thanks for your contribution, I will review this PR in next major version since ant-design has refactored `cascader` with `select`. To avoid conflicts, it's better to support `multiple select` after...

I find `margin-block-end` only works on v87+ in [caniuse](https://caniuse.com/?search=margin-block-end), I'm not sure if this is the best solution.

Do you still focus on the issue? If it is, please rebase with master and make sure CI passed :)
