Current control vibrations problem

I layout a STM32F103C8T6 board, which is used to drive two L6324 to two brushless motors. The code can run normally, but when the current loop control is added, the motor vibrates strongly. This is a new problem, and I have no clue about this problem.

I have experienced some shatter while connected to simpleFocStudio. When I disconnect it went away....
