Incorrect spacing with subscript

Incorrect spacing with subscript when both subscript and superscript is used.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Use CaTeX example webpage
2. Enter \sum_{i=1}^3 i = 6
3. See following incorrect render

Expected behavior

Correct spacing between subscript and equals sign.

Thanks for opening these issues 👍🏽 We are aware that CaTeX's functionality is lacking at the moment. That is why it is a 0.0.1 release 🙂

So we will address all of these issues when #62 is done. #62 is blocking in other words. The development looks a bit stale at the moment because we have different priorities for a while. The project should pick up steam later.
