Make light blue more readable

Sometimes people give some feedback about the light blue we use for links and some texts. It's a bit hard to read on light mode. Let's fix that.

How about something like this instead? (or even just doing a coloured underline for the link)

box-shadow: inset 0 -6px 0 rgb(0 197 229 / 35%);
