Change "x page views now" to 5 minutes and "visits online"

From a customer:

5 minutes would be better for me, but maybe leave it to your customers: Simply let us change it in the settings. Maybe even with a custom number. For instance, if I know what my average time on site of all users is, I might want to put this value in.

"visits online" is more clean and basically the same. We should also make the period the same as Google Analytics: 5 minutes. Should be easy.

Would this also fix the issue where if a user quickly navigates to multiple pages they show up as multiple concurrent users?
