Bounty for CozaStore version of _CookieConsentPartial.cshtml

Ciao ragazzi,

I would need somebody to develop a nice looking CozaStore version of _CookieConsentPartial.cshtml, which

1. is responsive (i.e. works with Desktop & Mobile layout)
2. lets the user still choose the language

In addition to that I would need a minimal css to be able to overwrite the colours, because my shop is black/burgundy/white and so I have to substitute the blue CozaStore colours by something, which fits with my design.

Anyone interested?

In desktop I had noticed issues with it disappearing. I gave mine a high Z-index as the menu was always in higher.
