Feature Request: Admin page for system status & monitoring

Could we have an admin page with the following information:

1. Version information: git commit hash, author, build date & time, branch
2. Details about db connection: version of db client, connection string without password, version of db server
3. System information: Uptime, memory usage, etc.

1. Should go in layout page aka master page

2. Should go in Dashboard
