Mechanism for sending new posts / TILs to different places

I'm going to roll my own mechanism for posting my stuff to Mastodon - which I'll setup with the goal of posting to other things too in the future.

I nearly got this working with https://github.com/edsu/feediverse but couldn't figure out a way to reliably ensure it never spammed my timeline with duplicate posts.

Realized I actually want to be able to forward my content from a bunch of places to a bunch of other places - Niche Museums to Mastadon, TILs to Telegram etc.

So I think it's worth me coming up with a unified solution, powered by GitHub Actions.

It can subscribe to various feeds, record how far it got with them in the repo and trigger things to send updates to different places.
