Don't delay file output when also speaking: maybe use async?

Love this, I was about to write this myself and then found you had (of course) already written the exact tool.

One unexpected thing: when using both -o and -s, the speech happens first and blocks writing of the file. In my case, with 4k chars, the speech took 2min. So had I aborted with ctrl+c the output would have never been written to file.
