This would allow you to not worry about quotation marks, easy to alias commands in your rc file.

Happy to make a PR for this if this is cool.

No, it wouldn't. The quotes would be swallowed by the shell (and if they're imbalanced you'll get shell syntax errors) and they wouldn't be seen by the llm, potentially changing the results drastically.
