media-key with spaces are not unquoted

I have keys in my sqlite db that contains spaces, and when i generate media urls like http://localhost:8001/-/media/thumbnails/Google%20Photos/Algarve/IMG_XXX.jpg those do not match any existing key.

I think line 30 of the __init__.py file needs an extra call to urllib.parse.unquote?
