It's compiled to WASM by this project: https://github.com/jvail/spl.js

WASM blob here: https://github.com/jvail/spl.js/blob/main/dist/spl.wasm

Would be amazing to figure out how to load this as a Python module, as seen in https://docs.datasette.io/en/stable/spatialite.html#spatial-indexing-latitude-longitude-columns
