Grey bar not useable when not logged in?

I shared this app instance with someone who isn't logged in, and testing it myself, I can't see the top half of the grey bar. (there should be an Ideas and a Boards).

This probably has something to do with a position: fixed value on the css. Does the body have to be pushed down x amount of pixels?

It just means that there's no content in the grey bar because it doesn't get loaded. Which should be investigated.
