WIP: Add shop=golf

This PR aims to add shop=golf. (It also fixes some minor mistakes in two XML comments.)

It needs some more work: The icon is missing.

I was unsure how to handle this. Is the idea that these are generated and coloured based on the icon=... attribute of <icon>? I don't know gradle but tried running gradle recolour and gradle generatePngs. This led to the error message:

@simonpoole : Could you help me out here?
