Selecting meal unit (`Mahlzeiteinheit`: g, ml, g/ml) resets prior entries

Hi, I am using version 0.6.12 (CalyxOS version 5.4.1 (Adroid 14)). If I am adding a user definded meal (Benutzerdefinierte Mahlzeit erstellen?), selecting the meal unit (Mahlzeiteinheit: g, ml, g/ml) resets prior entries.
