Bug: App allows adding the same food multiple times

Bug description: The app allows the user to add the same food item multiple times without any warning or differentiation. This can lead to duplicate entries and inaccurate tracking of meals.

Expected behavior: The app should detect when the same food is being added more than once and either prompt the user to update the existing entry or prevent duplicate additions.

Environment: Android

Possible solution: Implement a check for duplicate food entries and provide feedback to the user, such as merging quantities or preventing duplicates.

Please don't consider it as a bug. When I cook myself, the same food is every time little bit different and I definitely want to add everytime the same food with different nutrition values without forcing me to change name.

Warning could be displayed, but please don't block multiple records. Keep the freedom to users.

I created the issue thinking about someone forgetful who adds a recipe, only to realize at the end that it had already been added, meaning they did unnecessary work. I believe just a warning would be a good reminder, without needing to block the action, right?
