Bug: Activity indicator remains visible after activity is removed

Description:

When removing an activity from a calendar date, the activity indicator remains visible, suggesting there are still activities on that date.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Add an activity to a date (verify that the indicator appears).

2. Remove the activity from the same date.

3. Notice that the activity indicator is still visible.

Actual Behavior:

The indicator remains visible even after all activities for that date have been removed.

Expected Behavior:

The indicator should be removed as soon as the last activity on that date is deleted.

Impact:

May confuse users and affect the usability of the system.
