[Feature Request] Have ability to host food database/ API

Loving the app so far!

One big thing for me is being able to know/ control where the data is coming from, and ideally have a way to locally manage this.

I'd love to be able to make local API calls rather than relying on the upstream data sources. In an ideal world you'd be able to decentralise the need for that 3rd party API.

Note: I'm not sure if the API calls that the app currently makes is costing the developer anything, but if it was this could also elevate some of the costs associated on the service.
