[BUG] "Add" button at the bottom of the screen is behind phone navigation

The "Add" button on most pages is behind the navigation (back, home, and app list) bar on all pages. This is also true for the "Custom meal" page, where the protein input field is also behind the navigation.

Perhaps the app screen size should scale with available space, exclusive of the navigational components if they are present.

Same problem for me but you can work around it by entering the number entry field
