Need 3rd Rule

For a project , I have approved that some clash status is allowed . Then I want to group the remaining clash by Level and Grid .
So, I need 3rd Rule .
If I don't do this , I need to manually remove the approved ones again . It's a waste of time . If possible , I would like to add 3rd rule
