hledger-ui unfinished tasks [16]

hledger-ui had a lot of enhancements recently, generating a lot of loose ends that ideally would get finished/cleaned up/added before release. Listing a bunch of them here:

• [x] a. when entering an account at depth limit in flat mode, register should include subaccount txns [..|1.]
• [x] b. transaction screen should show actual transaction date not posting date [1|2.]
• c. transaction screen shows txn #0 for transactions from timeclock/timedot files [..|2..] #394
• d. after an edit, you have to press g to see the effect [..|.] not reproduced
• e. an edit using emacsclient (eg the builtin default) exits immediately [2|0] not reproduced
• [ ] f. accounts screen showing related accounts not matched by filter, unlike balance command ? [2]
• [ ] g. register shows postings dated outside report period if txn date is in report period (with txn date); contradicts accounts screen balance [2]
• [x] h. register: pressing Z switches from running total to historical balance mode [2] #392
• [ ] i. a wide balance column should not completely obscure the accounts column [1]
• j. center content of help dialog [.|0] not reproduced
• [ ] k. add website manual to help dialog [..]
• [ ] l. C-a/e/b/f movement keys in minibuffer [..]
• [ ] m. merge PR #359 removing partial functions ? [1|.]
• [x] n. is inclusive/exclusive register based on flat mode too confusing ? [.] #392
• [ ] o. on accounts screen with no matched accounts shown, right arrow gives a regex parse error
• p. -H/--historical mode not supported, should be the default [3] #392
