Name taken by other plugin

There is new plugin with same name, but far less ability as this one. I think guy is trying to exploit well known name of this plugin. :(

Eh, fine with me, looks like a well-meaning addon. I meant to create a similar minimal addon myself as a stopgap ages ago, but never got around to it. Maybe could be worth a note in the description that it's not related to/more minimal than the original addon? (Ping @M-Reimer)

(While commenting here I should say that the webextension rewrite basically got held up by the need to create a GIF viewer/decoder, since I decided that exploiting Firefox's shared animation state across frames was too risky/error-prone. Writing such a viewer/decoder should be doable, at least for non-background-images, but I never found time for it.)

I would say that the name difference is big enough. I'll make the description a bit more informative. Like adding that this is just a toggle button.

Done. I've added a short description. The Addon actually does exactly what it says. It toggles the animation of GIF files. I've created this as part of my "PrefBar migration project": http://prefbar.tuxfamily.org/

Oh. And I forgot to mention: I did not know anything about any "original addon". I just needed a "Animated GIF toggler" to replace this functionality of my "All in One Addon".

Nice. I still miss the original, some gif animations affect me pretty badly. lol. I also liked ability to restart and pause.
