Issue with latest embroider

1. Clone this repo
2. Install & Start

pnpm install; pnpm start

3. Navigate to: http://localhost:4200/
4. See that the page explodes with:

I've observed the same on an app that I was trying to upgrade from embroider@v2 to current v3.2/3.3

Thanks @MichalBryxi for the report and reproduction! And sorry for the late answer!

I have been hesitant to do any real maintenance, as I have a major rewrite going on (see https://github.com/simonihmig/ember-responsive-image/pull/442), which will change the way the addon works significantly. So the master branch is basically "legacy" at this point...

I'll look into this and see if the fix is easy enough. But if not, I might not be able to invest significant time, again given that a next-gen version of that addon is in the works now.
