Add ProductID for Vulcan 100

The Product ID for the Vulcan 100 is 0x307A or 12410 in DEC. Great work btw ;)

I added the Vulcan 100. By the way: To connect to the Control Device per HID, I am connecting to Interface No 1. But there are more than one, therefore I try one after another. How could I detect the Control Device properly?
