APRIL 2022 Changes - please update your sensor names etc.
Hi All,
I have updated the script to get the new values, the new website is a bit complex, so I have simplified down to only the 'TODAY' values, but have captured everything from the page, so you now get pests, going to the beach, star gazing etc.
you will need to rename some of the current sensors, and I haven't currently tried to give them their own icons.
all the sensors now follow the naming standard:
sensor.acc_xxxxx_today
so that you can find them easier

@simonhq Hello Simon,
After the update i have no sensors or entities left.. Can i go back to the prev version? that one was still working for me.
Hi Ricks,
this is confusing, can I ask what area (country, city, code) you are in? so that I can check the website and see why it is different please?
Simon.

Hi Simon
Im in Netherlands i use this one: https://www.accuweather.com/nl/nl/posterholt/248858/allergies-weather/248858?name=tree-pollen
I am having the same problem.
I'm in the US - 78615 I access through here https://www.accuweather.com/en/us/coupland/78615/allergies-weather/2107191?name=tree-pollen
Hi Ricks and Lou,
I have introduced a version system to support different accuweather templates depending upon what you are seeing:
Ricks, yours should just work again with the update - there is an extra flag in the apps.yaml file, but if you don't have it, it will default back to the old template that will work for you. You can add in the extra flag for the future - just check the new doco.
Lou, yours is odd, I would expect that the new template should work for you, and that the old will just give you unknowns, you will need to add in the new flag WEB_VER: "APRIL22" into apps.yaml, but see how you go.
Let me know of any issues.
Simon.
Simon,
It works…..But I’m not 100 percent sure it was all your fault. I had and issue with an integration not loading properly and once I uninstalled it, things began coming back. For now though, it looks good and everything is being reported out.
Thank you very much for the help.
Cheers, Lou
When the end grows near, I don’t want to be the one who looks back on his life with regrets for the things I wish I had done. I want to be the one who can look back on my life and reflect on the memories of things I’ve done, the things I’ve accomplished and the places I’ve traveled. One thing is certain about life; it is not so much the destination as it is the journey.
